Episode 9 - First Time I Watched “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”

No matter what your favorite television show there was a first time you saw that show. This week I invited my good friends Bill, Emily, Erica, and Jay into (and in some cases back into) the First Times Studio to talk about the first time we ever saw the Joss Whedon series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Some of us started at the beginning, some of us came to the show much later, but we are all unified in our undying adoration for one of the best series ever created. Spoiler alert: there are a couple times we attempt to sing lines form the musical episode. You have been warned.

This week I invited one of my best Twitter friends, Oestrus, into the First Times Studio to talk about the first time we realized we were not straight, white males. While we are both white, being not straight has kept us out of the White House for the time being. While I am a raging, militant homosexual, Oestrus is a delicate flower of a transgendered woman. Growing up and coming out are always different for everyone and we each share our stories and hope you’ll do the same.
Of all the topics we’ve covered to date this one is the great equalizer, unless you’re a Romney. All of us have had a first job and all of those first jobs have sucked donkey balls. This week I invited Andy in from
